AMS shall evaluate claims submitted by participating providers to determine the accuracy of the claims. Claims may be reviewed to determine, without limitation whether the claims have been unbundled in any manner, including the submission of the claims using multiple billing codes in lieu of one comprehensive billing code or charging for incidental procedures or have been upcoded. Such evaluation may be performed with the assistance of computer software. AMS reserves the right to re-bundle the billing codes prior to rendering payment on an unbundled claim and/or deny a portion of the charges.
